Registration
Registration Fees:
- Early registration (received until May 1): 280 €
- Student early registration (received until May 1): 140 €
- Regular registration (received after May 1): 480 €
- Student late registration (received after May 1): 240 €
Student registration requires endorsement letter signed by the head of the department.
Registration Method:
Please download the Registration form (Word or PDF), fill it and send back according to included information.
Payment shall be made by bank transfer (preferred), or by cheque.
Please note:
* In order to benefit from the early registration rate, bank transfers (preferable to cheques) should be initiated in advance to be sure it arrives on time. An administrative charge of 15% will apply for cancellations made BEFORE May 4th . NO REFUNDS will be made for Cancellations after this date.
* On-site late registration will be possible too, with payment IN CASH ONLY.
* Due to a limited number of lodging capacities in La Ferté-Bernard, it is advised to contact the conference organizers to help with hotel room reservation.

Conference checkin:
The registration desk will be open on May 20 from 4pm to 8pm and on May 21 from 8am to 10am.
